GHE founder Paul Baker began his musical journey as a guitarist at 16, recorded scores in college, played in bands, studies piano, and composes his own brand of orchestral instrumentation. In addition to GHE clients, he creates the music for his own directing projects.

GHE founder Paul Baker directed over 650 corporate web commercials, studying how inflection, enunciation, and tone affected each word’s meaning. This inspired him to study the creative, technical, & business side of voice-overs.

Video editing is a component of GHE where we assemble already filmed footage to tell the story you or your company need to. Whether that be for industrial projects, national/regional/local commercials, corporate content, films, docs, social media/web content, in-store monitors, or demo reels (actors, directors, cinematographers, stunt players, costume designers, production designers, food stylists, animal wranglers, realtors), GHE always delivers on helping you tell the story you want to tell.

To me editing, or “cutting,” is always storytelling, regardless of its commercial or artistic end goal. It’s visual imagery aligned to illustrate ideas, make our eyes feast, and our hearts feel. It’s about intention, and how an editor interprets and collaborates with a client on the footage to give it the meaning they want.
